1. What CreateToken.app is
CreateToken.app is a non-custodial, client-side tool that helps you construct and submit token and 1-of-1 NFT creation transactions on the Solana, XRP Ledger, and Ethereum networks. You sign every transaction with your own wallet. We never take custody of your funds, private keys, or seed phrases.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Creating a token does not make it valuable, compliant, or tradable. You are solely responsible for understanding the laws that apply to you and to any token you create or distribute.
3. Risk disclaimer
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Network fees and any disclosed platform fee are non-refundable once a transaction is submitted. Software may contain bugs. You use this tool entirely at your own risk, and you accept that you may lose the network and platform fees you spend. By default this app targets test networks; mainnet use is opt-in and entirely your responsibility.
4. Fees
Any platform fee is disclosed in the interface before you sign and is included in the transaction you approve. If no fee is shown, you pay only network gas. We do not charge hidden fees.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CreateToken.app to create tokens or NFTs that facilitate fraud, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, or violate applicable law. You are responsible for the assets you create and their downstream use.
6. No warranty & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of CreateToken.app are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the tool, including lost fees, failed transactions, or tokens you create.
7. Loyalty points
Loyalty points are promotional, have no cash value, are capped and transparent, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. They are awarded only for transactions we can verify on-chain.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept it. Changes are never retroactive: a transaction you already signed is governed by the terms in force when you signed it.
9. Suspension & termination
Accounts are optional, and you may delete yours at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches the acceptable-use section above; a suspended account can no longer sign in, link wallets, or accrue loyalty points. Suspension reaches only this service — never your wallet, your funds, or anything you have already created on-chain, none of which we control.
